INTRO

The concept of the store is based on natural monochrome materials that complement each other and meet the bold character of the brand. One of the inspirations was the concrete walls, which we cleaned of paint, showing the aesthetics of concrete and building structures. The lack of a large number of familiar finishing materials on the market has become a challenge for us. The original idea to use non-finishing coatings and show the “nature” of building materials made sense.

PLANNING SOLUTION

The planning solution is based on two halls – the main one and the private one. They are divided among themselves by a multifunctional core, which comfortably accommodates fitting rooms, an open warehouse area, a manager’s room and a WC.

The first hall includes the main collection of clothes and a large accent screen that is viewed from the street. The second hall is more intimate, where customers can spend time in a large lounge area, try on clothes in a fitting room with perfect light, take measurements for individual tailoring and just hide from the noise of the street. We have discarded the idea of traditional warehouse, removing it to the transit zone and making it part of the interior. The emergency exit in the manager’s room allows you to unload the goods unnoticed during the store’s working hours.

DIGITAL POSSIBILITIES

We have created a stable base for the brand, where the accent is clothing and the brand’s unique visual content. It turned out to reveal the interior due to digital capabilities – so we got an 8-meter screen across the entire width of the room, working on the main hall and the showcase space. TV panels on the brackets and the projector behind the cash register allow to broadcast 3D graphics and videos of new collections.

THE KEY ITEMS

Accent rails have been developed for individual key positions, which work in tandem with screens, thereby highlighting the key items of collections. In support of the wall material and to visually enhance the powerful character of the brand, we cast concrete bases for rails and poufs in fitting rooms, adding prints on them.

How to turn a leather jacket into a unique art object weighing 150kg? An additional and unobtrusive touch in the interior was the production of a concrete panel with an imprint of the branded jacket, which is a key product in the DNA of the Yuliawave brand.
